It wasn't just Northrop's mismanagement of the B-2 that concerned the DoD, there were other programs involved, too.  As I said, the daily flight test summaries showed the YF-23 to out-match its competition; the top performing of the four aircraft was the YF-23 with the GE YF119 engines while the YF-23 with the P&W YF120 engines was a match for the best of the YF-22s.

That's outstanding modelling!  They all look amazing, but that Gnat is especially pretty!

Just what I was thinking,  all really great ideas and finishes, but that gnat...    Love it.

If it's great, I did it. If it's naff, I found it.

Wow... it's been over 8 years since my last post here...  :-[
I have to admit that i've been posting on other places but, to my defense, since Imgur messed up their photo uploading options, i just don't have the patience or time to deal with it or any other image hosting site, for that matter.
It's so much simpler to upload directly from my laptop like on the What-if forum or facebook and that has been one of the main factors why i've stopped posting on this forum so long ago.
So much has changed in my life since 2018... got a new job, bought a house, got married, became a father... :-*
And also built a few models in between all that... ;D

I'll have to see what i can do to change the photo upload issue cause there are quite a few models to go to get this thread up to date.

Well I’m glad you are back!
I’ve been using flikr and they’re not perfect either. Always trying to get me to pay per month.

Ken, i switched to Imgur when Photobucket started charging and had been using it since because it's free but the image uploading tools were changed and it's more of a hassle now.

It hasn't been easy to find time to upload the stuff i've done since my last posts on this thread but i will have a few weeks of vacation coming up soon so i'll try to do it all in one go when i have the time.

I know the folks in Britain could not get the photos from Imgur. I don’t know if it’s been changed yet.
