Hello,
In October I visited the Technik Museum in Sinsheim, Germany. There were also funny motorcycles.

I don't usually care for sidecar motorcycles but low ones are actually pretty cool. Thing is, you need somebody who is willing to play with you.
This one was at a racing event yesterday:

I love chairs.
Why back in the days when I was flexible a mate and I were going to rebuild a GSX1100 into a flat-tracker chair but life got in the way. I certainly had less survival instinct in those days

After absorbing @Frank3K s latest dirt bikes and the like, my lizard brain remembered a 1980s SOF Magazine article about Thai (?) motorcycle dragoons.  Couldn't find any evidence online of such, but I did find the Iranian equivalent.

From what I remember of the Thai unit, they had a similar arrangement - driver and gunner (both armed with folding stock AKs or short M16 variants), with a three rocket rack by the back wheel (left side, IIRC). Also seemed to remember their uniforms were dark green or black, no helmets tho.

My point is that variations of this low-tech arrangement seem suited to 21st century armies.
