I'm pretty sure the Dredd-mobile was a Saracen but seeing how the Stally was a derivative of the Saracen it counts!

BTR-E152V

Prototype BTR-152 to trial six wheel configurations and lower ground pressure.

Failed troops trials as it was unstable at high speeds.
