Great ideas. There is also a 1/48 scale version. How about forward swept wings just because?X-47B-02 by Big Gimper, on FlickrWings from Su-47 Berkut.
Would it be wrong to make a manned version of the X-47B? Or re-scale it to 1/144, 1/200 or 1/350, remove the wings mad turn it into a stealthy bomber or airliner?
Ah, but you have to replace the vertical tail to model late Spanish aircraft or the Thai aircraft. Italieri appears to give both those options.
Note: the RAM panels appear to be way too thick.

The Phantom is apparently the Fujimi kit re-boxed (or so it's being said on other forums)

You really don't want those edge effects that thickness would produce on a real aircraft.I sent Italeri an email saying they would have a winner if they lose all those raised RAM lines. I attached a couple of photos of the one I took pictures of down in Yuma which show the aircraft is as smooth as smooth.Their F-35A is also covered in these raised line too, I started sanding them off but gave up after a while. Going to use it as a donor on another F-35 project I'm working on.
