For some easy might have beens....
In 1990, Finland sent out requests for proposals concerning Dassault Mirage 2000, General Dynamics F-16 and Saab 39 Gripen. There was no request for MiG-29. The F/A-18 was not considered at that point.

Norway decided to paint bar codes on all their military vessels, so that when the ships come into port, they can scan da navy in.

I suspect Photoshop.
Looking at a few dozen photos of NoCGV Svalbard (W303), I cannot find one that has a bar code.
