Sure they are.  ;D

Kremlin propaganda never freakin' changes regardless of who holds the reins.
Tsars, Bolsheviks or gangster capitalists it's all the same.

How is this thing supposed to tell the difference between military or civilian people? That I would have to see.
Probably just a tin can on tracks. Wait until an Abrams or a Leopard puts a round through it.

It looks like a slightly more modern version of a Loyd carrier. ::)

From the Leopard 1 and 2 thread down in Land Inspiration, stumbled upon this -

RVTs are high-mobility radio controlled vehicles designed to dodge enemy missile or tank gun fire, that's why they called Raketen Versuchsträger.

The truncated M41 hull is pretty neat.

I love the Robot Television Bomber! Why does it hate television, though? Or is it intended to knock out Robot Television?

Then-nascent television was the only sensor they had back then, I reckon.

Note the 1940 B17 behind the TV drone.

I assumed that it was dropping televisions onto America's enemies!?!

The address at the top of the Robot Monster Television Bomber is in the hills, between Bel Air and Beverly Glen. The address at the bottom is not far from the La Brea tar pits. Roughly 8 miles - probably within range of the TV bomber.
