CrackerJack - Just another way of saying something is fantastic.  I think in Deutsch it would be "Spitze!" that would be closear to what Brian is trying establish with his compliment.

Is/Was navy term for sailor who is sharp and knows what to do and does it right.   Hence sailor on Cracker Jacks box.
