You know Carl, the more I look at this the more I'd like to build one like it.  I've got this Heller BobKit T.4 in the stash and some spare A-10 fins ------------ hmmm!

You know Carl, the more I look at this the more I'd like to build one like it.  I've got this Heller BobKit T.4 in the stash and some spare A-10 fins ------------ hmmm!

My brain wave suppression tin foil hat has failed me once again! I too have the Heller TAV-8B kit (ex-Airfix) and have planned for the same conversion.

My current hat is still leaking as you are 3,499 Km away. Will have to add another layer or two.

I feel your pain, Mr Gimper. I snap those doggone things off every time like they're going out of style.

The person that comes up with a pitot tube that stays put will earn everything they make on it and then some!

That's a great looking bird and I'm enjoying the play-by-play!
