Interesting 'up-armouring' too. Looks like bolts of hessian scrim unrolled to (partially) cover stacked sandbags?

Reference above, that Browning with an RAF style belt-spool at the TC"s station is non-standard yet it's included in the Mini-Art SAHARA kit.



Note also that one kit review opined that the TC with the ancient Tamiya kit was patterned after Bogart from the 1943 version of the movie.

If I was building 1/35 would do a modernized M3 with reactive armor blocks, 25mm Bushmaster in turret, different main gun, smoke launchers, sensors, and whatever else works.
