thanks !  ;D

if you would like to have a try, it can be done a bit smaller :
a 1/144 B707 instead of 1/72 with a 1/96 C-47 instead of 1/48 (if the latter exists ...)
or
a 1/72 C-47 with a 1/108 B707  (if the latter exists ...)

Would use 1/72 C-47 and go wing hunting in stash.  Posted four prop engine C-47H January 2018.  Like to build swept wing jet version.

I think I remember your C-47H
you may indeed find other fits with 1/144 jet wings

I recently found a few quite big kits for quite cheap, so temptation was un-resistable :

here is a K-A380 (with upgraded number of engines, too), made from the Heller 1/125 kit, plus additives from AMT 1/72 B52 and KC-135

This is quite brilliant and if you added a blue airline decal on each side up top and maybe a logo on the tail, you'd have something that would turn heads at any model show worthy of the name!

Outstanding and another great use of primary colors!

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Asymmetric, but attractive.
