I like the idea of the spare saw blades mounted to the bonnet for easy access. Although they do look wicked mounted on those side racks too  8)

Another one looking into my mind  :o
As the side mount is so high, they will be the spare spares.

I also have to put on a ladder to reach the top of this sucker. maybe a Hay bale lifter to get stores off  ;D

Ooo, I really like the idea of a repurposed hay-baler hoist.

But not so sure about a fixed ladder. The crew aren't the only ones who can climb  :o

The hay bale elevator is a nice touch.  Will your survivors be sleeping in shifts or on the roof?

hammocks inside is an option as well, just move stuff around and sling from the roof and other fixtures. Ugly but other options might be worse  ;)
As those who have been in the Military may attest, the ability to sleep in/on/around/over/under stuff in nooks and crannies of APC's or other vehicles is learnt quite quickly.

Here we go with the paint, stage one.
Home Printed Decals. So "Johnson County Sheriff painted on the side, shot a coat of primer then looked inside"  to paraphrase a bit ;)


Time for a stuff stack test to get a feel for the look. This will evolve.
