Urban Leopard 2A5
« on: April 18, 2026, 03:48:18 PM »
This build is in the borderline of realworld, with a sniff of whiff.
Experiments have been done in realworld with a Berlin Brigade syle urban scheme on the Leopard 2 family .. hope that is ok

Most excellent Tamiya 1/35 Leopard 2a5, kit, built out of the box, but standard NATO scheme.. methinks not, what else is out there.

This !!!!!!!

So away we go with a bit of a mask-a-thon

The satisfying mask remove time... works for me !!! A couple of go backs, but over all, pretty happy !
Maybe the sand is a bit light, but meh.. all of a sudden.. we are in Whiffworld  ;D

Nice job with the masking  Did you paint the side skirts separately or are you leaving them off?
