Fw 189V1b

Inspired by the group build "Tankbusters" I have now finished a conversion of the Airfix Fw189A "Uhu", which I started 25+ years ago - the Fw 189V1b. The Fw 189V1b was built as a prototype for the proposed Fw 189C Tankbuster. I have build the V1b in its second incarnation, when the fuselage was converted to the same form as on the other C-prototype - the Fw 189V6.  But still unarmed.

I like the result! I have a resin replacement for the Airfix FW 189 to make an armored cockpit version.
