Slowly getting there, tracks going on & some contrasting colour trim to do.
Weathering will need some thought --- hope I can do splotches of snow without over / under doing it.

Looking great! I had meant to ask: where are the large drive sprockets originally from?

Yes! Snow splotches will be essential for anything DEW Line related

Tracks courtesy of a Panther or Tiger?
Looks really good now with the hi-vis red paint.

Sprocket & tracks are from King-Tiger. After widening the lower chassis, the sprockets still needed some packing out work so that the guide teeth engaged them & the road wheels.
A few more bits to add that will, I'm sure, change the appearance a little

Two days of hassle to get the second track on – success !
Painted some blue trim on the body which I’ve widened since this photo was taken. Have realised how Russian it looks – so the big US Air Force marking is rather necessary to avoid being targeted by their own forces :-)
Thinking about some more accessories for it.
The radar is just sitting there for the photo - not sure about the mix of colours – the radar assembly may have to be repainted – guess we’ll see once the base vehicle is cammed with snow.

Does look a bit Soviet, there.
However, in bright orange on polar ice, I don't think it's there for warlike purposes, if it was, it'd be white.
