1) The core is just an expansion of this T-54 project, which I'd done some more work on since last I posted on it.

Added some vegetation (HO railroad lichen) and an AUROA vacuum formed base.
Much as I'd like to use it, I'm going to have to rethink something larger for all the elements I want to use. 

For purposes of this display, I'm calling this part done.

When I was in Iraq in 2003 I remember some wrecked T something or other tanks bulldozed up into pile. Between being burned out and lots of dirt I couldn’t tell what the junk started out as.

The half dozen knocked out T72s were still at the intersections SE of BIAP in 08-09.

I'm noodling that the setting for this mess should be a large picture frame, possibly deep enough that it can have a glass/plexiglass cover.
