A nice video covering the basics on these three vehicle test programs that on their own did not go anywhere but did assist in furthering development of other armored vehicle designs.

An interesting video [actually an interesting series in general!]  thanks Jeffry Fontaine!

To be honest, I never knew much about the T95 series until a couple of years ago and I must say, I think it's a pity that the US Army never persisted with the design - given the mediocre design and performance of the M60 series.
