LEGO announced today an ISS kit for release in February.
The LEGO ISS set will be $69.99 for 864 pieces. The final build is 49cm long, making it smaller scale than the Lego Saturn V. The shuttle is same size as 'Women of NASA' set but different design.

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

That's my guess as well.
For completeness they should have included a:
Dragon
Progress
HTV
ATV
Cygnus

That one is very tempting. If I had the money and the room, I'd buy two and build one as the initial inhabited configuration and one as the final configuration shown.
