Either from early production machines or the G.50ter. I'm looking to model the B.50V based on the one known actual picutre of same and not the touched-up photo normally seen.
Further digging indicates that the one G.50V was built from an early Serie I airframe and, as such, had the full transparency canopy with roll-over bar. There are AML and SBS kits of this variant I can use. Preliminary evaluation indicates that all the changes are from the firewall forward, save that no machine guns are fitted. A first approximation indicates that parts line up suitably for mating the nose of a G.55 from the firewall forward to a G.50 fuselage at the firewall.
