I have an X-47B in 1/48. Its Pacific Minatures but, and there is no way any kitbasher is getting their dirty fingers on to it!

Is it a desktop display model?

Yep. Basically the same as the photo but with a wooden stand, different markings (bigger NG swishes) and an IFR probe.

It is a sweet little kit - I have two. I just wish someone would release a 1/48 version or even a 1/32 version...

Is that the thingie that landed and took off from a carrier a little while ago, all without a pilot?

Well, of course ...since I have already got the Accurate Armour conversion (https://accurate-armour.com/products/135th-conversions/c096) in my stash, though mine has the 20mm cannon ;).
