Here's my model of the Vampire that Count Dracula bought cheap from the MoD after the type was withdrawn from RAF service. Flight Engineer Igor did the custom paint job. The red blobs below the canopy rim record recent "transfusions." The Count insisted on inverting the tail booms so they would look like legs. this means he can only take off from slightly convex runways on mountain tops. But hey, he's only afraid of garlic, pointy bits of wood and sunlight. The impact of the customisation is a bit lost on the Transylvanian peasants as they are all locked in doors praying anxiously after nightfall. (Hats off by the way to whoever made the bat-themed Vampire I saw posted on this site but now can't find).

That's great! I wonder if he would get into dogfights with Batman.
You definitely belong here...

Is that all hand painted? Well done!
-
Thanks, folks! Hand painted, yes, and a bit of filling with Milliput and cut outs with the Dremel.

Looks good in its own wonderful wacko way ;D

Oh, Yeah !

Indeed! One thing for sure, he won't need the radar for night flying...

Oh ... where to begin? The scalloped trailing edges and wingtip fingers are pure genius!
Then add some bling with gold-plated intakes. What is not to love? :-* :-*
