That looks like a huge improvement over the original Airfix Baufighter.

I kind of liked the surface detail on the old Airfix Beau ... after a bit of a rub down for the rivets  ;)

The parts break down on this new kit is very clever. Having a separated tail and belly panels gives Airfix plenty of options for future variants  :smiley:

Having built one of those myself, I can confirm. The older kit isn't awful, but this is a substantial improvement. Looks like a great build so far.

Looking at these gorgeous photos of this gorgeous model, I SHOULD be inspired.  Instead, I am depressed to the point of not wanting to build ANYTHING because I can't come CLOSE to this!
