Metal Earth photo-etch StarWars & StarTrek kits - using the old paper-model "insert tab & fold over" trick - the Millennium Falcon is about 2 inches across. Multi-layered sheets give a deep 3-D effect to grills etc as well as the usual 3-D surface. Price is around $25 each.
