I think even a cheap Chinese RPG-7 would penetrate the engine cover cause some damage to the turret - maybe by jamming it with the bent steel from the cover. I'm sure the Russians will use these against soft targets, like mothers pushing baby strollers/prams.

It is still a Whiff if you do a Ukrainian one.
Being towed away by a Ukrainian farmer on his tractor...

The John Deere will be considerably more expensive than whatever he's towing.   ;D
Then again, that probably holds true even for newer Russian armour.

The cover over the crew might discourage UAVs dropping grenades on them but now the drone could drop it into the engine compartment. Plus now the crew can’t see the drone coming. Brilliant, not!

Under the definition of 'combined arms', tanks would be supported by infantry on ATGM and Air watches.

The Russians are obviously incapable of practical applications of Combined Arms.
