Interesting mockup.  It says they expect a prototype by 2016, that's just 2+ years off.

Rickshaw:
Building it is relatively easy.  Integrating and testing the various systems will take longer.  It is not an MBT and like all light tanks one has to question it's survivability on the battlefield.
