Folks,

Finally, a vote for the Scifi GB.  Final entries may be seen here.

Poll is for 14 days and you have only a single vote so use it well.
All hail the God of Frustration!!!

But you can make the Bastard work for it.

It appears that something is afoot with Dr. Yokai's image links provided in the finished entries link.

I think it's a Facebook image issue.

VERY difficult to pick a favourite....  :icon_surprised:

I think it's a Facebook image issue.

I think so, too. It seems they change the links from time to time to discourage people from using FB as a picture hosting service and hotlink from there. I think it happens to all images hotlinked from FB sooner or later. You can post a permalink to the pics, but that takes you that particular post on FB. Anything to make people visit FB.  >:D

I don't know how long it actually takes for the URL to expire, but it's quite quick, I think. I hotlinked to a pic on FB in the Inspiration thread of this GB four weeks ago and the link is already dead. I've linked to the new URL of the image and posted a link to the post as well.

Hopefully, that won't be an issue in the future ( where future events are already affecting us!) as I have started using
a Flickr page on Frank's advice.

Craig - can you replace some of the images in your thread? The result pictures aren't visible. To quote Criswell:

"We are all interested in the future, for that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives. And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future."

CRAIGSWILL PREDICTS! You WILL see the images of the Power suit now...
Flickr is a little peculiar about how you go about sharing things, but between that and a new camera ( Fuji Finepix XP 130 ), I think
I'm getting back into the swing. Sorry about the tardy response - it's been a week.

Putting it mildly! GB votes are always difficult but deciding on a favorite here was danged near impossible

Not too hard once you get the hang of it.

I needed a 5-sided coin to finish that decision. :-\
