If it pleases the most excellent and benevolent Committee of State Sanctioned Modelling, Alternative History and Tractor Carburettor Production I would like to resurrect this barely started hanger queen and re-submit it as the Gim-4  большой нос / Bol'shoy nos

Of course, they will laugh because Bolshoi Nos means "big nose" which is ridiculous for them, but the Soviet people knows better where glory is (in our leader's big nose).
