AutoDesk 123D suite

(1/1)

Frank3k:
This is a free (so far) suite of 3D software products that let you design and print 3D objects:

AutoDesk 123D is a 3D modeler similar (but not as annoying to use) to Sketchup: http://www.123dapp.com/123d
AutoDesk Catch will convert several photos into a 3D object: http://www.123dapp.com/catch
AutoDesk 3D make is an object slicer (you can print slices of the object). Convenient if you don't want to use a 3D printer: http://www.123dapp.com/make
Autodesk Sculpt is a digital putty modeler: http://www.123dapp.com/sculpt

They have online as well as iPad apps as well. I've used Sculpt on an iPad and it's fun.
