Scale Model Scenery paper card models.  Available in several scales such as 1/72nd, 1/32nd, and 1/24th scale.  As a download file it might be possible to enlarge or reduce the paper model to a different scale.

Good find Jeffry, some of those billet huts would be useful if I decide to do a diorama for my Honduras/Cartel builds.
