Yep, it would have been the akan m/45B on Swedish service vehicles. If I'm not mistaken, though, Carlos has substituted a BPPU OWS from a BTR-80A here.

The Cubans based the turret on the T55's but it's not an exact copy - lots of angles, Cadillac Gage style
