Seriously though - it came out great, especially considering the quality (or lack thereof) of the kit.

I've never considered my shift to 1/48 to be going dark, more of an enlightenment, really. :icon_meditation:

That's an astonishing result from such a rough kit, Doc!

Unbelievable how polished it all looks.

No worries on the windscreen. When I built mine, the gaps weren't noticeable because of the trenches around the radiators.

Pure eye-candy all the way!

Just joined the forum and catching up on things, but I wanted to jump in and say what a great job you did on this kit.  I've been humming and hawing about this one for a while now, so it's nice to see it "in action".
