THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE Group Build

Twenty years after the Fascists prevailed in WW2 and divided a conquered America between them - like a Luft 46' environment, only moreso.

Then add the multiverse.

Note - the prop designers for this AMAZON channel series had constraints and - quite frankly - lacked the sort of imagination that frequents this spot on the interwebz.  Think not only extrapolated Japanese and German technology, but captured and modified American weapons systems. There there's always the Soviets as outliers.

In terms of wanting to cause grievous bodily harm to the writers, the ending of "The Man in the High Castle" was second only to the ending of the 2000s "Battlestar Galactica". The D0-31-like VTOL airplane was cool, though.

Your ideas are intriguing. Do you have a newsletter?

Never bothered with or had any interest in following The Man in the High Castle but I heartily agree that BSG ended rather horribly and the pick up the pieces episode only poured more salt in to the woulds and certainly did nothing to fill in the details that were ignored during the series run.

Cylons in Nylons!  Ohhhhh Yeah!

Not that the original BSG was ended any better.

Hmmmmm......
Trashcanistan GB. A tiny, broke and forgotten country that has to build its military and civilian equipment out of what everyone else has thrown away. From rifles to aircraft to busses everything is a hodgepodge of relics and junk. Rust is the primary paint scheme.
Run this alongside “clean out the junk drawer” GB.

Kind of like Borat’s homeland!
If this gets voted in I’ll actually have to build and complete something!
