Well that's a real "Jules Verne-ish" build, with some copper and bronze paint and some rivets here and there would be a great Steampunk submarine...

I keep imagining the glass-nosed (headed?) fish as a stealth spy submarine. Put N. Korean markings and a periscope on it and it'd be ready for some nefarious mission.

I agree with the above on all points.  That Arado looks to have quite a sensor fit, too.  I'll bet that's the fastest any form of turtle has moved.
