I’m looking for the turbocharger on top of the nacelle. Or is it a different model of the P-38?
Normal P-38Ls have the turbo-superchargers;

Lockheed P-38L Lightning at the National Museum of the United States Air Force
The Red Bull Lightning has the engine cowlings of an early P-38 (from the YP-38 to the P-38H series)

Lockheed YP-38

Lockheed P-38H-5-LO Lightning - The Last Lightning With Sweptback Engines
You'll note even the YP-38 has the turbo-superchargers.
Only the few Model 322s (P-38E) delivered to the RAF had no turbo-superchargers (due to US export restrictions) & were found to be unsuitable for active service.
