I would also add some ID panels for US Allied pilots, attacking everything that don't look like produced in Detroit or Manchester.

I have read a French book "L'humanité disparaitra, bon débarras!" (Humanity will disappear, this is good!) and I have criticized it, going even further, into "Humanity will disappear, I don't care much...". Alas this is long (23 screens of text) and all in French, sorry.

The principle is (no need of wars) that the World disappears everytime I go to bed, closing my eyes, and maybe I am here after death, having killed myself twice (yes, I take psychiatric pills)...
