... If she was to be Royal Zealandia Navy, & used purely in the maritime strike role, I'd be tempted to leave her as she is but, as she's not & she isn't, she'll be getting the other colours.  ;)

Good call!  :smiley: The Zealandians can't be too careful with all those Emutopians lurking about  ;)

Paint is down & masking is off!  :smiley:

Went much better than I expected & almost nothing needs to be fixed. Almost!  :icon_music:

Some detail painting is still required, but that is to be expected,

Then, of course, comes the pre-decal gloss coat & the final matt coat, with decal-applying in between.

Next task, though, is getting the weapons & landing gear finished!  ;)

Photo's sometime over the next 24 hours! :D

This is the scheme I based mine on;

This is how it came out;

Hope that satisfies the curiosity, for now.  ;)

Thank you all, gentlemen!  :icon_alabanza: :icon_alabanza: :icon_alabanza:

@ Frank: It may look fast but the very thick chord is probably going to keep it sub-sonic ... Maybe we could squeeze it past Mach 1 on pure thrust.  ;)

Put a red stripe or some flames on it and they'll add a few extra kms. of speed.

Thanks, BT!  :icon_alabanza:  :smiley:

@ Frank: I think I'll give that lot a miss.
     Go-Faster stripes would be good, but which style do I chose? Thin-thin? Thin-wide? Wide-wide? Thin-wide-thin? And what colour*:-\
     Painted flames can either look stunningly cool or really naff, besides, if we really want flames, we just need to hit the after-burners!  8)

[*: Red go-faster stripes, though, don't seem to be overly common or effective.]
