I found this image in a review of the  Kittyhawk 1/48th scale Yakovlev Yak-130 'Mitten'. I'm sometimes an after market person as I build in 1/72 but as you get into 1/48 and larger scales, you would think the manufacturer would spend some extra resources on items like the very visible cockpit.

Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Just read the write up on the Mirage 2000 N/D kit and the info on the aircraft was interesting:
"The two-seat Dassault Mirage 2000 D/N

The Dassault Mirage 2000 D/N is much more than the French answer to the American F-16 Fighting Falcon. Prized for its low-cost and ease of maintenance, this delta-wing tactical bomber is the most heavily exported European combat aircraft around the world. Faster than the F-16, with a steeper rate of climb and much longer range, the Mirage was designed from the ground up for its bomber role. The Dassault Mirage’s tough and rugged frame helps it excel at extremely low-altitude close air support and high-speed deep penetration strikes into contested airspace."

Interesting, is it factual?  I always assumed the F-16 was the pretty much the standard against other multirole fighters were judged, does the 2000D really out perform it?

Unless one sets them equal in terms of payload etc such comparisons are pretty useless.  Besides, it's one thing to do an on-paper comparison around speed, range etc but in the real world that's not necessarily what counts.  Finally, the comment "designed from the ground up for its bomber role" is a pretty far stretch.
