Built these two inside of 24 hours recently, old-school like I might've when I was a lad. Just to shake the cobwebs off.

I wasn't going to bother posting these but then I thought maybe someone in a rut might get some inspiration.

There's wee pilots in there too!   :D

I enjoyed getting back to basics for a bit. I got lucky finding an old custom paint mix that almost matched the P-51's green plastic.



I left it au naturel down below.



If you're suffering from builder's block, these old kits are a great cure. You can get them real cheap so no huge loss if you bodge it and you can just let yourself go and have fun.
