Well, here we are and I am calling this one finished...

XA-34 HAVOC

The UA Northridge XA-34 Havoc is operated by Task Force Europa, the Strike Fighter Wing of Whiteguard Solutions a Private Military Contractor and subsidiary of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.

Design:
Built in 2175 as a compact, 2-man, multirole, exoatmospheric fighter, the Havoc has been the company’s standard military workhorse for the past 10 years.  Although the design suggests an atmospheric capability, this is not the case and any such possibility is entirely aesthetic. The central wing is wholly functional as a mount for the Havoc’s considerable weapon load and the rear tail fins are, no more than, thermal radiators for the craft’s Westinghouse A-7 micro-fusion reactor.  Powered by two powerful fusion thrust units (FTU), the Havoc has impressive speed, range and manoeuvrability although exact performance details remain classified at this time.

Armament:
GAU-90
The Havoc carries two, three-barrelled, 30mm, GAU-90 rotary cannons in a twin powered mount on the lower fuselage under the cockpit. The turret can rotate 150 degrees left and right of centre and by an angle of 60 degrees downwards. Ammunition for the guns consists of a mix of Armour Piercing Incendiary (API), Armour Piercing Discarding Sabot (APDS), High Explosive Incendiary (HEI) and High Explosive Fragmentation (HEF).  Fed from a 1500 round magazine beneath the cockpit, a typical load out will normally see at least 50% of the ammunition carried being HEF for anti-drone/missile defensive fire.

Shiva HAS missile
The Bharat Dynamics Shiva is a 6m long Heavy Anti-Ship (HAS) missile which delivers the Havoc’s primary, long-range punch in the from its Pantex WE-771 400KT fusion warhead.  The Havoc can carry two Shiva missiles, one on each of the inner wing hardpoints.

Titan III General GPAM
The Boeing Defence Systems Titan III General Purpose Attack Munition (GPAM) is a 3.3m multi-role tactical missile designed for use against a broad range of target profiles and represents the bulk of the Havoc’s offensive firepower.  The Havoc carries eight Titan III missiles, four on hardpoints under each wing.

Griffin II TSAM
The Lockheed International Griffin II Threat Suppression Attack Missile (TSAM) is a 1.8m low-cost, short-range, self-protection interceptor designed to defend against a wide range of potential threats.   Although, primarily intended to intercept missiles/drones, the Griffin can also be used offensively in close-range engagements.  The Havoc carries it compliment of 16 x TSAMs in two large, ready-racks mounted above the wings.

Fiddling around with the fiddly bits. Since I added extra frontal armor I have to remount the headlights. PITA. I thought I had some Sherman photo etch for the headlight guards but I can’t find it. Maybe tomorrow. Otherwise I’ll use the kit stuff. It’s just overly thick. We’ll see what happens.
