Title: Australian Army Leopard

Hellier kit - one of the worst fitting models I've ever built.

Just need to add the radio aerials and tail lights

On the bench:

M113 Fitter's Vehicle

M548 Track Load Carrier

In the stash

I like Leopard 1 tanks and I like Australian camo, so this hits all the right notes for me. I think it also goes a long way in showing that a perfectly good finished model can be built from kits that are considered mediocre, outdated or otherwise disregarded by alleged “experts”.

Okay, I’ll admit the Heller Leos might be all those things but still, you made a nice looking model from one of those kits! ;)

Looks good!!  You managed to make something very nice out of what sounds like a "sow's ear" of a kit.
