Post by: Brian da Basher on March 21, 2020, 03:25:58 AM
I was flying Recon Delta

reading your Dear John in the plane

Viet Cong tracers went up

and the plane went down in flames.

Down in flames, down in front oh no, no...

Towers open fire, towers bring me down.

Towers open fire, break through in the gray room without a sound.

Metallic claws scratching at your window.

Do you see demons? Do you see angels?

(https://i.postimg.cc/8PLx17xz/RDT28-R-008.jpg) (https://postimages.org/)

Their lives are the same.

(https://i.postimg.cc/3RPbhhBG/RDT28-R-009.jpg) (https://postimages.org/)

Does anybody want you, does anybody want you to bring me down?

Future primitives in the age of technology,

(https://i.postimg.cc/PqDwckP9/RDT28-R-011.jpg) (https://postimages.org/)

have you seen justice go begging from mansions

(https://i.postimg.cc/pX15Ldj3/RDT28-R-012.jpg) (https://postimages.org/)

and does it make you feel less proud?

(https://i.postimg.cc/63Y5bHLF/RDT28-R-013.jpg) (https://postimages.org/)

Does anybody want you, does anybody want you to bring me down?

You left me once, you'll come back again.

It's the way of life, it's the breaks of the game.

Towers open fire, towers bring me down.

Towers open fire, break through in the gray room without a sound.

Good men die hard on the avenue.

Drop down dead in Khe Sanh and in Mister Rogers' neighborhood.

Towers, towers, towers, towers open fire...

The canopy was painted on the inside with Polly Scale RAAF Sky acrylic.

The model was brush-painted in acrylics and the decals were spares. The U.S. markings are so old they were probably made when I was busy spilling Cap'n Crunch all over the carpet.

I'm glad you liked this tribute to my old friend.

RIP Bob, your voice is missed.
