Will you be surprised if I tell you I love your (twin-boom) Miles M58? ;)
-
Very nice. In your Miles 22:A forward view with the blue spinners, what is in the nose?

Hi...
The Big Gimper...
The armament, or one idea for it, was to have 10 guns mounted in a pod, merged into and proud of the centre leading edge.
And Tophe, I have a few more camo/nation versions of the M58.

and a little Swiss number.

Thanks. It has such a sleek streamlined design I would think the guns should be mounted internally as to minimize drag.

Hi again.
I have some refs somewhere,
I'll try and find them and I'll add to post.

Wonderful M58 profiles.

Always liked the Miles 22. It looked like a racer gone to war. The 58 is a new one, but it seems every country had a push-pull twin boom idea going.

The original Naboo fighter. ;)
-Miles Aircraft since 1925, Don L. Brown, Putnam 1970
Don Brown felt that the speed estimates were completely out of whack, as the wing was too thick
in typical Miles fashion. It was a constant point of dispute between Miles and Brown for practically
the whole time Brown worked for Miles.

Thanks jcf.
That's exactly what I have.

No Aarcesair. I've never thought about making money from my profiles.
I do them for the hell of it and if anyone finds them useful for camo schemes/reference etc then fantastic.
Many thanks
Peter

You don't have to get money from deviantart, just to share your art!

Miles M.22
Your drawing is fantastic and I have no critique about it.
As for the design -- if that thing had a conventional nose (instead of a gun-nest), a raised canopy, and 4 x 20 mm mounted under the fuselage it would have been a really workable design IMHO
