Hi guys, and welcome to my latest brainfart: the Finnish Special Forces Subaru Impreza LSV01 Light Strike Vehicle, based on the Airfix 1/43 kit;

Wow!  Have I accidentally created the worlds first stealth Impreza!!  Not a comment, nor an opinion to be heard!!  Maybe it has a perception filter???

I am not familiar with the Airfix 1:43rd scale car models.  Interesting combination of weaponry, the MILAN I recognized immediately but that light machine gun up front has me wondering what it is supposed to be.  There is certainly not a lot of the original model that is recognizable at this point.  It reminds me a lot of the old Chevrolet LRDG vehicles in some respects.

Will it fit in the back of the Merlin or the Osprey?  :)

Airfix 1/43rd ? = Heller kit ?

certainly looks like a modern LRDG vehicle in that colour & with the unditching ladders .... or maybe a Dakar racer if it was still run in the less-friendly African countries or Afghanistan ? ..... then maybe just another Mad Max or DeathRace 2000 contestant ;D

 :)

Ooh, hadn't thought of that!  i suppose it might fit in a Merlin...and the LMG is an old wargames piece of kit I had floating about - some sort of .30 cal, I reckon.

Dakar Rally?  Heh, maybe the Top Gear entry!!
