This one is for a club build with the theme of "Mad Max"(the movies). Construction and paint is complete and it is time to do the weathering and add the home-made field expedient weaponry. The scrap-box comes in handy.
The paint is all brushed-painted freehand in the German armor "ambush" pattern.
More later, Adios, Larry.

Mad Max is set in post-apocalyptic- Australia. The movies star is a young Mel Gibson. They are full of cobbled-together what-if machinery.

Thanks Larry for your clarificatio. I know the scenario of those Movies but having not seen them I am not able ro recognize the plane and the camo.

Congratulations!

I love it! :) Great colour scheme.
I built that kit as a child many years ago. I wish someone would release one in 1/48.

Here are some finished pics. I have the bodged-up ordnance installed. I weathered the thing with acrylic craft paint thinned with alcohol and applied with brushes. I did the exhaust stains the same way. Adios, Larry.

Wow! It just keeps getting better! :)

That's one of the wildest camo schemes I've seen yet!
I've got to tip my hat to such talent and creativity!
