Ok..., so it`s missing some wings and railway track is involved, but I wasn`t really sure where to post this?
Anyways, after my 1/48 Lightning T.5 conversion earlier this year I had the front end of a single seater stored in the spares box and wondered what the heck I could do with it.
So I came up with this........,

Pretty much all scratch built using spares from the box with the track coming from a destroyed toy train set that the kids wrecked.
Something a little different and proves that the spares box can always supply you with a side project.

Very well done. There's really a sense of movement and action on display here.

Can't say I do &, unfortunately, I can't view your vid as internet here on Christmas Island is... well... crap, & it'll take me a week to load the thing or to view it if it's streamed.
(I miss out on so much of the "Humour" thread that way, & I so-o need some humour in my life up here! :-X )

Beautiful!! Though I'll admit that most of the rocket sleds I've seen are a bit more compact (and the one for the B-2's ejector seats had some lines changed where it didn't count to disguise what it really looked like).

'Up Here' ??? I thought you were 'down there', that's in 'WAY down there' ;D ;)

From where I am you're all the ones' on the 'bottom' of the planet!!! :D :D

Either way, I'm 4,300 Km (roughly) ENE of home (& approx. 500 Km S of Jakata) & any form of decent internet access! :o

PS: Yes, it was my decision & the cash ain't bad but it's a long time away from home (6 months).
