Title: Terminator T2 HK Aerial Assault Ship
Post by: John Howling Mouse on October 15, 2013, 08:40:38 AM
Yep, I still build models...just having a heckuva time with Photobucket lately---it hates every internet browser I have so sharing pics hasn't been easy.

This Pegasus HK is an amazing little kit: some of the engineered joints were so complex, I'm pretty sure they were designed by SkyNet!

Not sure what finish to give it.  Considered an urban ghetto camo as if the human survivors commandeered one.  Or digital camo in various greys.  Doing it authentic just seems so "blah," you know?   :-\

Nifty.

Pick a scheme.. any scheme.. this would look great in anything.

Go for a more radical painting approach!  Who needs another "authentic scheme" anyway? :)

Love the kit. Pitty it's so hard / difficult to find. Maybe someday Pegasus will re-issue it!

You could do it up in a variation of the CADPAT digital camouflage scheme (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CADPAT) for urban operations.  Also known as Canadian urban environment pattern (CUEPAT).

Certainly beats that shiny finish of the original.

This man knows of what he speaks.

And I couldn't agree more!

God, I hope I'm never issued a set of that....

Just hope like heck the fashionistas dont get their hands on it, could end up being designated the Canadian Outer Wear Environment PaTtern (COWPAT).  ;D

how about a splinter scheme like the Ukrainian SU27's or even the SU35 but in grey, dark gray and NATO black?

Or that funky metallic grey on the Osprey's ans some other aircraft.

More i look at my HK, more I want to back-date it with rotors..maybe even manned.
