This is the Airfix Club exclusive kit.. Basically a cheap way to get a new mould Hurricane and the "3D-Kits" IID conversion...

Built completely out of the box bar some Scratch Seatbelts and aerial wire made from mending thread...
By my eye i reckon that propellor is undersize so next time i think i'll get the resin replacement like i used on the AZ Model IIC i did the other month :)
Enjoy :)

Very nice work.

Always glad to see a Hurricane of any mark and this one is no exception. What scale is this model?
At first glance I would have imagined this to be 1:48th scale or larger due to the amount of detail.
You can never be sure any more about those kinds of things now can you?
Very nice build and quite fetching :)

Thanks guys ! I thought i'd wrote the scale on i must have missed it off when editing my post... Its 1:72nd :)
Its this kit:

As i explained its a cheap way to get the 3Dkits tank buster conversion, and i bought it during Airfix's 20% off month so it was even cheaper :)

Very nicely done Hurri ( :D), I think you'll find that the prop is correct, or so the reviews say that I've read.

Edit to subject title to reflect scale of kit :)

Interesting... I normally swop mine for the quickboost prop which is much broader in width.
Hmm Looks like a need some 1:72nd scale plans :D

It appears to be a De Havilland prop which had aluminum blades Chris, whereas the quickboost prop is a Rotol wood composite type.
-
Ah so both are somewhat correct ? Interesting... Learn a new thing every day :)

Very nice work. Always good to see a Hurricane IID
-

Well, there's always the old, and poor, Aoshima kit that turns up now and then.

Well done! Your representation of the RAF desert scheme looks every bit the real deal.
