Dear All
MAD (Multi-purpose Anihilation Device) is a multi-functional annihilation device for the most demanding Totalitarian Leader.
If you are a bloodthirsty tyrant (or intend to be in the near future) than this is the perfect weapon for you.
It is the result of crossing a Puma with an Harrier, and its business designation is Purrier 330 Gr Mk 7.
Please find below some photos:

Do not be deceived by its easygoing looks. It's just facade. There is plenty of muscle inside!

Looks like this would be better off in Sci Fi, as some kind of insane dropship... Keep up the good work! ;D

Ok, you have my total attention!
-
Oh that looks good! :) :) :)
Reminds me of the flyers they used to have in the Rogue Trooper strip in 2000AD:

Your MAD is mad and wonderfully imaginative, Antonio!
I really like the engine on top. Fits this aircraft perfectly.

Ditto on that.
Great mix of parts. Flipping of tail boom works well.
An inspiration to do helicopter kitbashing.
GB idea:
> Build helicopter switched to fixed/tilt wing - or - fixed wing switched to rotor/tilt wing.

Glad to see you at work in the Aero-space field António. 8)
This is very promising! :)

Thanks for the feedback!
This was supposed to be a "tiny little one weekend project", but the Project Manager ran amok and things got out of control... :)
First some "primer" to start things going in the painting department:

It was supposed to be just the ship, but then I decided to try a "birds-view" approach of a destroyed village somewhere out there.

I forgot to mention, this is 1/144 scale, and both kits (Puma and Harrier) are from Revell.
Thanks for looking!

Looks like a million bucks, Antonio!
I especially like the toned-down camo and the detail on the base.

Had me looking at a discounted 1/72nd EH-101 and thinking along these lines today.....

I am rather a naive pacifist, but (if I were a billionnaire) I would order a civilian derivative: lovely shape, thanks!

Thanks guys!
But now is time for some vacations away from the modelling bench :)
I'll be back in September!

Impressive. Love what you did with both the subject and its base. But cannot believe it is 1:144....that's simply amazing.
