250mm is the 1/72 size, they used the same promotional images for both the 1/72 and 1/35 kit.

I pointed out on Scalemates that they based the model on an inaccurate drawing that has some big differences from the real tank, they replied saying that they would redo the model.

The 3D model for the kit was originally designed in 1/72 scale but the level of detail looks more like 1/144 IMO. Scaled up to 1/35 it will be very simplified and chunky, I'm hoping that Copper State Models finally release their 1/35 kit of the Tsar Tank or I'll design an 3D print my own one...

Accuracy issues aside, the 1/72 scale kit verges on affordable. And I do love the Tsar tank.

No, that was scratch build, this one is 3D printed.
