Hy Guys

Inspired by the many fine examples featured on the "Floaty GB", I would like to present the not very well known J2-FC Daffy Duck.

Some say FC stands for "Freaking Crazy", hence the Daffy, but nobody knows for sure, and the legend lives on.... :)

The original donor kit, partially assembled:

The corrective surgery:

Final assembly:

Primer and base:

To be continued...

Great use of the Pegasus Nautilus pilot-house "window".  ;D

Great work. Will there be a EF (Elmer Fudd) version? ;)
Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Wonderfully lives up to its name.  When you finish it, "Duck Dodgers" should be listed as the pilot in the best Looney Tunes tradition.

Hi guys

Thanks for the comments. So, by popular demand, "Duck Dodgers" shall he be :)

I knew the Nautilus pilot-house "window" would come handy one of those days. Very keen eye, jfc!

And now with the painting and decals:

This time I went for a more traditional approach, with a 3-tone maritime inspired camo.

It is pretty much finished. All it needs is a good weathering session :)

And painting the base, of course!

Thanks for watching!
