Needs a stealthy retractable cover for the BRRRRRRRT too. The engine pods, well, from below they're mostly shielded by the wings, but from the front and above they look decidedly unstealthy. No apparent room for a S-duct, no visible RAM grid to shield the fans. Maybe it's just "reduced observability" instead of full stealth? (It's operating in permissible airspace anyway, what with those external stores.)

The fuselage does look like F-23 though, and the V-tail only adds to the illusion :-*
